Description

This is the umbrella task for the PawLIB library split.

Goldilocks [Project] and IOSqueak [Project] will be two separate header-only libraries.

Much (or all) of PawLIB [Project] will be transitioned to header-only.

NOTE: Giant umbrella tasks like this often aren't advisable, but since there are so many interconnected pieces across multiple projects, it's a better fit than a workboard.
