Details

There are some slight incompatibilities regarding SDL2's and Cairo's RGB formats. If you use ARGB32 for both of them, it will produce the wrong colors.

Answer Summary

Cairo Texture should use SDL_PIXELFORMAT_ARGB8888, and Cairo Surface should use CAIRO_FORMAT_ARGB32.
